Ana has had a long management career of more than 30 years in an international environment within Grupo Santander.

She has extensive experience in four areas: Financial Management, Business and Income Statement Management, Digital Transformation and People Management.

She has managed important business areas both wholesale and retail, always with a great focus on the client and promoting transformation projects.

She also led Santander Universities digital strategy and key areas for the Group such as Human Resources. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Metrovacesa Suelo y Promoción.

José María is Founder & CEO of Ecosistemas de Innovación Digitales. Previously he was General Director of Innovation, General Director of Technology and Operations and member of the Management Committee of Banco Santander.

He is currently President of the Sicómoro Foundation, Trustee of the BIG DATA Institute of the CARLOS III University (Madrid), Trustee of the Cotec Foundation for Innovation, President of the Association of Friends of the Royal Academy of Sciences and President of Chamberí Ventures SCR.

Miguel Ángel is a partner and member of the Executive Committee of a start-up investment vehicle, which allows him to analyse more than one hundred innovative projects every year.

At the age of 24, he was a co-founder partner of a capital market brokerage company, which he managed to take to the top of the Spanish market.

For more than 20 years, he has held management responsibilities in leading international financial institutions, being a member of the Global Executive Committee of Investment Banking and Markets.

Miguel is Managing Partner of Deltacap IP. He began his career as an entrepreneur, co-founding a successful capital markets brokerage firm at the age of 26.

Subsequently, Miguel assumed management responsibilities in a large global bank in various areas related to wholesale and investment banking, where he directed and executed projects in Europe and Latin America.

Miguel has also contributed to value creation in sustainable finance through his activity in equity investment and financial facilities in renewable energy projects, energy efficiency and carbon finance funds.

Jesús has developed his career over the last 35 years working in several companies as Marketing and Sales director, creating 4 companies as an entrepeneur, selling 2 of them to Electronic Arts and the Michelin Group.

Currently, he is a Professor, Mentor and Lecturer in cooperation with various public and private institutions to help new entrepeneurs achieve their dreams.

His greatest “expertise” is having built and internationalized companies with success and sold more than 150 million of products and services in very different markets and segments.

Jesus has built a portfolio as a private investor of 7 start-ups, being Fellow Funders his eighth investment.

Javier holds a degree in Economy and Business from CUNEF and a Master´s Degree of Science in Finance from Baruch -New York- (number 1 of the promotion) and Advanced Management Program in Oxford.

Aditionally, he is certified as an Independent director by the ICA. Javier has had a long management career of more than 25 years in an international environment (Asia, USA, Brazil and Europe) within Grupo Santander’s Wholesale and Investment Banking.

Javier is an investor in several Equity Crowdfunding projects and Venture Capital companies.

Enrique is an independent director and advisor of innovation, with special focus in the financial sector, insurance and related.

Based on his experience as financial director, CEO and head of treasury, markets, insurance and pensions (the last phase in the Barclays group), in 2013 he refocused on new technologies and digital transformation processes. He is the creator of Open Innovation Boards in established companies.

He is a member of the Academic Council of the FIDE Foundation and a member of the Jury for the Best Know Square Business Book Awards.
